In this building on the Rozengracht, a ground floor appartment and basement have been transformed into a luxurious family home. The two floors have been completely stripped. The beam layer has been raised to create an additional more than full-fledged living floor. A lot of attention has been paid to sustainability and optimal use of the new layout.
