Purmerend

At Westerstraat 1 in Purmerend, we completely transformed a former café with storage and residential space above. The characteristic café on the ground floor has been restored to its former glory and is now leased to a high-end burger restaurant.

On the upper floors, we created four self-contained two-bedroom apartments, each with its own private storage room. New dormer windows provide additional living space and natural light. The entire building has been renovated inside and out, preserving its original character and appearance while incorporating all the comfort and modern technology of today.
